I feel these were very insightful sessions. I will definitely implement learning from these sessions in my job role. In specific looking at evolution on virtual meetings with customers, it was very interesting to understand from Kevin how should we better prep and work to have success.

Short sessions were a powerful way to cover off a concentrated topic in isolation, then reviewed at the start of the following session. It was insightful to discuss an element of how to negotiate in a virtual world. Kevin was a great facilitator and kept the whole team engaged.

In today virtual world it worked nicely being spread across the month. With so much to take in any longer than an hour would have been difficult to maintain. This also had had the advantage of applying learning in between sessions.
